1. Overview At Nestora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

2. Returns We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at webb2960@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

6. Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same item. Contact us at webb2960@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

7. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

8. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
  • Nestora is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
