- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped

7. Delays & Lost Shipments
- Nestora is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or natural events
